At DigiYatri, we provide customized digital marketing services, including social media management, SEO, and content creation. We request all clients to review our policy before availing of services.
1. Service-Based Nature
All services are planned and executed as per client requirements. Because of the personalized nature of work, refunds may not always be possible once execution has started.
2. Token Payment and Invoice Policy
• Every project will be assigned an invoice number starting from 01 and continuing in sequence.
• A minimum 50% advance payment is required to start any project.
• If a client fails to pay the advance amount within 7 days of receiving the invoice, the project request will be automatically cancelled.
• In such cases, only the token amount received (if any) will be refunded.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation requests must be sent via email within 24 hours of payment.
• If major work has already been completed, cancellation may be declined.
• Approval of cancellation will depend on the stage of the project.
4. Refund Policy
• Full refunds will not be issued once initial planning or execution has begun.
• Any refund, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the cost of resources and work already completed.
• Refunds are not applicable for:
– Completed or delivered services
– Delays caused by the client
– Change of requirements after approval
– Third-party expenses already paid (tools, software, etc.)
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
5. Quality Concerns & Revisions
If the client is not satisfied, they must inform us within 7 days of delivery. Revisions will only be provided within the scope originally agreed.
6. Payment Policy
All payments for services are final unless otherwise promised through written confirmation before work begins.
7. Policy Updates
DigiYatri may update this policy anytime without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
