All services and project deliverables will be shared through:

• Cloud storage links (Google Drive, etc.)
• Direct uploads on client’s website or social media platforms (if included in service scope)
No physical shipment will be made at any stage.
2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timeline depends on:
• Type of service selected
• Project scope and complexity
• Client’s timely approvals and content sharing
The estimated delivery schedule will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the project.
Delays caused by pending client inputs are not DigiYatri’s responsibility.
3. Access & Account Credentials
If services require access to:
• Social media accounts
• Website or hosting
• Ad accounts or tools
Clients must provide correct login details securely. DigiYatri is not responsible for delays due to restricted or incorrect access.
4. Partial Delivery
In multi-phase or large projects, deliverables may be shared in parts.
Clients will be informed in advance if phased delivery is part of the agreed workflow.
5. Delivery Confirmation
A deliverable will be considered complete when:
• Files are delivered via email or shared folders
• Final approved content is published online
• Client confirms delivery or fails to respond within 7 days
Any concerns must be raised within 7 days of receiving the final deliverables.
6. No Physical Shipping
As a digital service provider:
• No shipping charges
• No courier tracking involved
• No return of physical goods applies
